Hey! So Glad You're Here.

I grew up in a family with parents who gave me the best of everything they could give, for which I will always be grateful!  I never knew, though, that there was a God who loved me and created me for a purpose beyond living for myself.  When I stepped onto my university campus as a freshman, God was the farthest thing from my mind— but I am so thankful to say I was not the farthest thing from His!

As a university student, I encountered the grace and truth of Christ for the first time in my life.  I met new friends on campus who lived their faith out beautifully—I had never known people my age who lived what they believed like that.  By the time I was a senior in college, the Lord became real to me and I knew I wanted to live for His purpose for my life.  Part of living in that purpose was to step away from my intended path to law school. Instead of pursuing a career in the legal field, I stepped toward the university campus to serve with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries.

Since that time, I have had the privilege of ministering on campuses in California, Missouri, and Washington, D.C. After many years helping plant new campus ministries and growing existing ones across the Northeast, I was invited to serve on the Executive Ministry  Team for Chi Alpha in Springfield, MO where I currently serve as the Director of Missionary Formation.  In addition to working with Chi Alpha since 1991, I served as a chaplain in residence at Georgetown University for five years, living with and ministering to students in a residential setting.   I completed a Master’s of Organizational Leadership degree from Regent University, and will soon receive a certificate as a trained Spiritual Director.

My passion is to see university students discover the same grace and truth I encountered when I met Jesus, and to see these students scattered around the globe to represent Him well. I figure that if you spend your time loving God and loving others, there’s not much time for stuff that doesn’t bring a smile to the face of God.
